Our executive

The Pink Singers executive consists of the eight honorary officers - chair, musical director, secretary, treasurer and the four section leaders - who, together with an additional four exec members, form the voting 12-member management committee. There are also a variable number of exec members with non-voting positions.

Arnaldo

My name is Arnaldo.

My section is 2nd tenor.

I joined the Pink Singers in 2006.

I joined the Pink Singers because of my interest in choral music and the fact that the Pink Singers are such a diverse choir both in terms of people and repertoire really made me want to join them.

My favourite thing about being a Pinkie is spending a few hours every sunday afternoon rehearsing in a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere getting to know a lot of new great pieces of music and I think that performing them in public is the best reward for all us.

When I am not rehearsing you can find me browsing in music and boook shops also looking for that particular good film that I haven't seen yet or travelling around the world whenever I have enough time off work.

The song that I would most like us to perform is I'd like to sing some pieces from Faure's Requiem.

The song in our repertoire that should be laid to rest is... I really enjoyed singing all the songs of the past two seasons... but if I have to choose Girls & Boys is not one of my favourite!
