Terms & ConditionsPayment MethodsThe Pink Singers are currently only able to accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal through our online ordering system. Due to administration fees incurred by the Pink Singers for all payments received from credit and debit cards, it is necessary for us to add a fee for payments made in this way. This fee is £1.50 per order for ticket sales, and £2.50 for sales of all our other items, e.g. t-shirts, CDs, other merchandise. Paypal is a third party payment service that provides secure, fully-encrypted credit card facilities without giving us any access to your credit card details. You do not have to join Paypal to use the Paypal payments facility. You can obtain more information from Paypal.Cheque We are very happy to accept orders by telephone or email with payment by cheque (payable to The Pink Singers). Please note that for concert tickets cheques must be received at least 10 days prior to the concert date.Despatch Merchandise (CDs and T-Shirts) will be despatched within 28 days of receiving the order, and will be sent First Class.Concert Tickets Concert tickets will be held on the door for collection on the evening of the concert. The ticket desks will open at 6.30pm on the night in order to collect or purchase tickets and the doors to the concert will open at 7.00pm. When collecting your concert tickets on the door please bring your Paypal reference number. RefundsFaulty merchandise (CDs and T-Shirts) will be exchanged if returned within 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.Concert tickets are non-refundable with the following exception: if a concert is cancelled tickets will be refunded in full.
